And hover your mouse over the PLAY button but do not press it. <\/li><li>Sit or lie down. Close your eyes and be for a moment in silence, being open to the sounds of the surroundings of the present moment. Just be in the now with what is happening acoustically now.  <\/li><li>Be there for a moment, and then turn on by clicking on the selected playlist with the songs of our instruments. It does not matter now what the name of the model is or which model we are listening to. Listen to these notes and vibrations. Stop the playback at the one that catches your ear the most, you feel the most, that you feel it and it brings you joy or excitement.
